The ARC caregiving model
Elevate is built on the Attachment, Regulation, Competency (ARC) framework, designed for youth and families who have experienced prolonged or traumatic stress. Every caregiver, from therapist to teacher to home coach, works from the same plan.
ATTACHMENT
Many students arrive disconnected from friends, interests and family. Caregivers build warm, consistent relationships and steady routines that restore a sense of safety.
REGULATION
Through daily co-regulation with caregivers, students learn to slow the fight-or-flight response and choose deliberate responses instead.
COMPETENCY
With safety and self-regulation in place, students grow executive functioning, identity and relationships, and carry those skills home.
Program overview
Four pillars work together around each student: therapy, academics, residential life and family. Every part of the day is planned by one team that knows your teen well.
PERSONALIZED THERAPY
Relationship-based, trauma-informed care with a primary therapist who leads each student's treatment team and meets weekly with student and family.
